So what’s worse, the song or the shitty picture I used? Ha. I’m just saying, The-Dream has been disappointing me lately. I’m not hearing anymore mind-blowing sounds or inspiring* lyrics.
The only part I really love, is the music that comes in during T.I.’s second verse and the bridge. Everything else is sounds like weaker shit from the last two albums. Seriously, on this song specifically, I’m hearing harmonies from “Rockin That Thing” and the epic drums from the transition between “Fast Car” to “Nikki”; and I’m sure there’s more notable disappointments.
I pray the Love King album still comes through with the swindle win. But I’m sure you might catch me hum or singing this damn song anyway.
