Wise Words are knowledge and tips from people working in the arts and entertainment industry. But they won’t just give me advice, they’ll also provide some to themselves. These words are from the, I proclaim stoop songstress, Tennille. Light up some shit, read, enjoy, and learn something.

Know your craft.

Regardless of what path you take, know that bitch to the bone. If you decide to be a hot dog cart guy as a career, make sure it’s because you absolutely adore franks and know everything there is to know about them bad boys.

To get where I’m going, it’s gonna take alot of sensei mastery on my brain and a lot of marijuana. I’m planning on learning how to meditate, and I’m reading as many books as I can. I’m trying to expand the creative portion of my brain and reach nirvana before I die.

Tennille aka 10iller, is the little sister and official roommate with estrogen of the Cool Kids. She’s a soldier from the Highbridge section of the South Bronx NY, 6 blocks from Jankee Stadium; and she’s sang most of the female vocals for Cool Kids’ tracks, including: the “Pennies” intro to NBA2K9, Jumprope, Jingling, Gettin Flicked, Summer Nights, Boomin, and more (- but she was too stoned at the time of writing to remember at that moment.)

Ten has an EP, The Bronx Zoo, A Demonstration Tape, coming out September 1st. It’s gonna be free, so cop that shit. And if there’s one thing Ten is Ill at that you should know,…she’s an origami sensei, and can flex an ill origami T-rex in like 2 minutes. I will hold her to this shit, so stay tuned.

But for now, follow Ten on Twitter, stalk her MySpace; and check out the Cool Kids and SOTR sites.
